You can see how a bad review could lead to disappointment when the manager realizes that the resume was written incorrectly.There are times when the manager will let it slide but is it really worth it ? If you don't feel good about what has happened to you are afraid that the employee won't be very happy with the job that you are offering them then you need to think about taking matters into your own hands.
